As a young thriving company, we are always looking to add experienced Customer Service Agents to our growing team based in Edinburgh. A few helpful tips for a group interview:
- Let your personality shine through! We all get nervous at interviews but it's important to not let nerves take over. We just want to get to know you and how you stand out from other candidates in the group. Don't worry we're a friendly bunch here!
- It's not all about us. A group interview gives you the opportunity to get to know the other candidates, after all they could be your future colleagues!
- Talk about yourself. We want to get to know you so sell yourself to us and don't be modest! Talk about things that you think will set you apart from other candidates like a hobby, an achievement or a quirky fact.

Got an interview? Here's how to impress us!
Arrive on time
Don't stress yourself out by arriving with minutes to spare. Give yourself plenty of time to find us and 'get in the zone' for your interview.
Dress for the occasion
We don't expect you to arrive wearing a ridiculously expensive suit, just smartly dressed as you would any other interview. Turning up in jeans and a T-Shirt probably isn't the best idea though!

We want to know all about you! Your skills, your experience, how you've used them and what you've learnt along the way. Have a think over your past jobs and what you could bring to TenTel.
