I’m currently a TenTel customer and I’m moving home, what should I do?

All you have to do is let us know the date of your move and your new address and we will try and arrange for the services to be live by the time you move in.  You can do this by calling our Customer Service Team on 03330112321.

Will I have to pay extra charges if I move house?


Do I need to have a Tentel phone line to get Tentel broadband?


Do I need to speak to my current provider in order to move to Tentel?

Yes, can you please ask for your MAC code and give us a call when you have it.

Is there a connection fee when I change to Tentel?

No, we don’t charge a connection fee.

How long will it take to switch to Tentel?

That depends on your current supplier, but it should take no more than between 5 and 10 working days. If you rent from one of our Partners you can be live the day you move in.
