I’m currently a TenTel customer and I’m moving home, what should I do?
All you have to do is let us know the date of your move and your new address and we will try and arrange for the services to be live by the time you move in. You can do this by calling our Customer Service Team on 03330112321.
Will I have to pay extra charges if I move house?
Do I need to have a TenTel phone line to get TenTel broadband?
Yes you do but we'll take care of this when you place you're order with us.
Do I need to speak to my current provider in order to move to TenTel?
No you don't, we'll take care of that but if you're in a contract with your current provider you may need to pay some early termination charges so it's best to contact them to find out.
How long will it take to switch to TenTel?
That depends on your current supplier, but it should take no more than between 5 and 10 working days.
